Project Description: The theme of track 1 for innovation and entrepreneurship has been taken to build a smart dustbin, which can be sold/publicly distributed to households for segregation of the waste at the source in to dry and wet. This will enable the entire waste management system to be more efficient and effective and in turn reduce pollution as well as reduce the associated cost of waste management.
