Project Description: Water pollution is a very big problem around the world, and the pH levels of water help show how clean or dirty the water is. Clean water has a pH of 7, and a pH of 7 is neutral. But if the pH is between 0 and 6.5, the water is too acidic and is very unsafe to drink or use. Even though traditional ways of testing water pH are accurate, they take time and need special tools. So in my project, it's offering a new, faster, and easier way by using pictures to test the water quality if the water is dirty or clean. It uses advanced technology to scan the colors of the water. We need to take a picture of the water using our app, and then the project will analyze, checking whether if the water is clean or dirty based on the picture we took. This method is faster, more efficient, and easier to use. By testing the water cleanliness with this project, this new system makes it simple for anyone to check water quality. The project can also be used for important things, like keeping track of ocean acidification. Ocean acidification is when the oceans become more acidic and it harm marine life. By making water testing quicker, easier, and faster, it can help more people to care for our planet.
