You can also check if you’re at a healthy weight using the Ideal Body Weight (IBW) formula: (Height in cm - 100) * 0.9 then ± 1 for boys and (Height in cm - 100) * 0.85 ± 1 for girls. By comparing this with your current weight, you can see where you stand.
