Project Description: We have developed an AI-powered fish identification system using machine learning (ML) to promote sustainable fishing practices. Our system enables fishermen to recognize different fish species from images, helping them identify their catch and release non-target species back into the water. This reduces bycatch—the accidental capture of unintended fish species—contributing to marine conservation.
