Archie Cancer Awareness
Today we have over 20 million cases of cancer worldwide. And with millions more to develop. Approximately 40.5% men and women will be diagnosed with cancer at some point during their lifetimes.when diagnosed with cancer, patients have a survivability rate of
68%.With melanoma survival rate of around 94% and liver cancer at around 21%. Currently we have treatment methods such as surgery, radiation therapy, chemotherapy, hormonal therapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapy. However this comes with its own considerations such as fatigue, nausea, vomiting, hair loss, neuropathy, anemia, rare side effects, not to mention the chances of it failing to treat. It also costs a lot of money and social anxiety. This results in patients ignoring their possible medical attention. We propose the solutions to this issue by making a project that encourages patients to seek out medical assistance whenever there is a suspicion of a cancer or tumor developing. We also propose the solutions to chemotherapy by injecting a buffer solution to make all the cells ready for the special chemotherapy. Then because the cancer cell consumes a lot of the buffer solution, the chemotherapy injection will only attack the cells with a lot of the buffer solution. Thank you
FitFuel Frenzy
According to the South East Asian Nutrition Survey shows that 57.3 % of Indonesian kids are not active. Lack of physical activity can increase the risk of obesity and other diseases. Another factor that causes obesity and disease in kids is less nutritious food. What makes kids do less physical activity is because they like to play video games through gadgets than playing outside with their friends. Plus, they like to eat snacks and junk food rather than healthy and nutritious foods. Therefore, I created this game to encourage kids to be more active and eat nutritious food.
I name this game FitFuel Frenzy, because Fit is the movement that you do and Fuel is the healthy foods that you eat . In this game, I involved simple movements, like doing jumping jacks and walking with your hands moving. This movements can make kids be more active. Other than that, I also use those movements to give kids information about healthy foods by choosing which one is healthy and unhealthy foods. In FitFuel Frenzy, we have 2 options :
– Option 1 : Choose the healthy foods by moving your hands while walking in place
– Option 2 : Doing jumping jacks do defeat the monster
I hope by creating this game, I can attract kids to play my game, so they can healthy by doing simple exercise and eating healthy foods.
Tropical fruit detector
Tropical fruits are good for you. They’re full of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that protect your cells. Their fibre is important for healthy digestion.
That’s why I’ve been learning about tropical fruits to build a tropical fruit detector. My project will identify and describe different types of fruit to help people identify tropical fruits and where they come from. It’ll include mango, snake fruit, durian, banana and pineapple.
I also used an image classifier in Pictoblox to build a model that makes more accurate predictions with less loss. Image classifiers are usually trained on large sets of labelled images, and once trained they can be used to classify new images they haven’t seen before. The AI works because I feed it samples from Google.
My samples are: Mango 485 samples, Banana 358, Snake fruit 205, Durian 247, Pineapple 196. I train the AI with 10 epochs, a batch size of 16 and a learning rate of 0.0001.
The result of this model shows good accuracy and low loss, which is good.
This project could be developed into a marketplace simulation that analyses fruit and converts it into a price. It would work like self-checkout. My project helps people identify tropical fruits and where they come from.
Vendicine 2.0
A new and improved version of our AI based pharmaceutical vending machine, which aims to further help give out easy access to healthcare everywhere like dispensing or buying medicines and free clean water. Its capable of analyzing and testing common health problems (fevers, obesity/malnutrition, skin problems, colorblindness, etc) and then providing solutions that correlate with the results of the problem like providing a selection of medical items and dispensing free clean water. Some of the examples are BMI test which detects your BMI and gives advices, or Colorblind test which detects colorblindess and their types. Other features such as Buy Medicine which you can easily buy common Medicines or Water dispenser which dispenses free clean water.
Polucast
Polucast is an AI-based network designed to monitor air pollution throughout the city. It captures data accurately by connecting all Polucast users together. Unlike traditional air monitoring devices, which are planted and fixed in specific locations, Polucast offers a more flexible solution. By providing a portable, lightweight air quality monitoring, Polucast extends air quality monitoring to rural and underserved areas where no such devices are available.
Polucast’s portable air quality monitoring device can be worn for free while exploring the city. Wherever users go, the device automatically detects their location and monitors the air quality. Collectively, all Polucast devices carried by citizens create a vast network that provides comprehensive information about areas with both poor and healthy air quality. This ensures real-time updates on air quality in public spaces and helps train the AI model to improve predictions based on ongoing monitoring.
Additionally due to direct monitoring, Polucast raises awareness of air pollution among citizens as they travel around the city. If the device detects high concentrations of harmful gases, it will notify the user. Furthermore, if Polucast predicts poor air quality in a particular area, it will notify users and provide recommendations on what actions to take. Users can also access analytics, including data from the past hours or days, current real-time conditions, and future predictions from the system.
Tooth Buddy
Tooth Buddy is an engaging platform designed to help children and teenagers take better care of their teeth. It tackles challenges such as limited access to dental services, lack of proper dental care knowledge, and un-engaging dental education. Our innovation offers a unique experience by combining learning, fun, and personalized teeth analysis. Through the “Learn Interesting Facts” feature, users can discover why healthy teeth are important, how to take care of them, and which foods and drinks to avoid. It is designed to be visually appealing for young users. The “Play Fun Games” section includes a quiz to test the knowledge about dental care, and a fun game called “Catch Healthy Food,” where players collect healthy items like apples, while avoiding unhealthy ones like donuts. If users accidentally collect three unhealthy items, the game ends, and their score will be displayed. Finally, the “Check Your Teeth” feature uses the Machine Learning Environment extension in Pictoblox for real-time the device’s camera. Users can take a picture of their teeth and instantly receive feedback on their dental condition. The advice given is based on expert input from a professional dentist, ensuring accurate and helpful recommendations. Wellness In Our Hands
In this project “Wellness in our Hands”, we have created an app which is easily accessible to patients which provides diagnosis of disease based on the symptoms and treatment plan. It also provides tips how to keep us healthy. We have enabled accessibility of healthcare by using automated solution which provides advice for the disease diagnosed. Drawback of the existing application is that it charges customers for disease diagnosis and to advice the patient on the treatment plan. But in our app it is completely free to use and ensures healthcare which is accessible to all. When this app is started, it will list a number of symptoms. The user can select any of the symptoms which the patient has and click the done button. It will say the disease the patient may have. Then it shows the health tips button. If the user wanted the health tips, the user can click the button.

Smart Helmet
A smart helmet project using an Arduino Uno aims to enhance safety by integrating technology into helmets. The system typically includes sensors such as an accelerometer to detect impacts, and an alcohol sensor to identify intoxication. A Bluetooth module can be used for communication, while a GPS module assists in location tracking. The Arduino Uno acts as the central controller, processing data from the sensors. For instance, if an accident is detected, the system can send an alert with the user’s location to emergency contacts. This innovation not only promotes road safety but also ensures timely assistance during emergencies.
