Leaf-Processing Robot
A multi-functional autonomous robot designed to address the problem of leaf waste accumulation along roadsides, in parks, and in residential areas. The robot efficiently collects fallen leaves, grinds them into powder, and transforms them into compost or fertilizer. It also incorporates a water-spraying system to enhance fertilizer application by preventing the powder from dispersing in the air and aiding microbial activity for faster decomposition. The solution aims to promote environmental sustainability while reducing manual effort and preventing waterway blockages caused by leaf waste.

“Wearable Medicine Management of Dementia patient”-MediWatch
Our prototype, MediWatch, is a 3D-printed wearable device designed to help dementia patients take their medication on time with minimal assistance. The core of the system is the Evive board, an Arduino-based development platform with built-in features like a real-time clock, motor control, and user interface support. The prototype includes a 3D-printed 7-compartment medicine carousel, which holds individual doses for each day or scheduled time.
Caregivers can set medication times using two potentiometers—one for the hour and one for the minute—and confirm the schedule using a tactile switch. The RTC (Real-Time Clock) module continuously monitors the time. When the set time arrives, the buzzer sounds and the TFT display shows a visual reminder.
The patient or caregiver activates a slide switch, which triggers a servo motor to rotate the carousel and dispense the correct compartment. The system then resets for the next scheduled dose.
This prototype combines automated dispensing, user-friendly interaction, and wearable convenience, addressing the limitations of existing medication management methods. MediWatch is affordable, portable, and customizable—perfect for home use. It significantly improves medication adherence, patient safety, and independence, while reducing caregiver stress.
Smart Helmet
Our Smart Helmet Prototype enhances motorcycle safety by ensuring that riders wear helmets while also offering comfort and theft protection. The system is built using two micro:bit microcontrollers—one embedded in the helmet and another mounted on the motorcycle.
The helmet-mounted micro:bit is connected to a limit switch that detects whether the helmet is worn. It also utilizes its built-in temperature sensor to monitor the surrounding temperature. If the temperature exceeds 29°C, a high-speed fan is activated to cool the rider, improving comfort during hot weather.
In addition, the helmet’s accelerometer detects sudden tilts or angles. If the angle indicates a crash or fall, the system triggers an emergency alert, and the ESP32 board sends an email notification to a pre-configured emergency contact.
The motorcycle-mounted micro:bit communicates with the helmet unit via Bluetooth to monitor helmet status. If a rider—or an unauthorized person—tries to start the motorcycle without wearing the helmet, the system either triggers a warning or prevents the engine from starting.
The system also acts as an anti-theft measure. If the helmet is moved without permission, it can trigger an alarm or send a real-time notification.

The Urban Heat Island (UHI) effect is heating up our cities, worsening climate change and putting vulnerable lives at risk. To address this challenge, Team Green Circuits presents an innovative solution that reimagines public parks as sources of clean energy. Our concept integrates renewable energy-generating playground and fitness equipment into urban parks, turning recreation into power production.
In our design, merry-go-rounds, swings, and see-saws are fitted with DC motors that generate electricity through motion. Outdoor fitness equipment like treadmills and exercise bikes convert human activity into usable energy. Additionally, solar panels on benches and tables collect sunlight to power lighting and park amenities.
This green infrastructure not only helps cool the city but also generates clean electricity for park lights, charging stations, and water features—reducing reliance on fossil fuels and minimizing maintenance costs. Beyond functionality, it encourages community engagement and educational awareness, transforming parks into living labs where people experience sustainability firsthand.

Automatic Septic Tank Cleaning
Sewage overflow from poorly maintained soak pits and septic tanks frequently results in unsanitary environments and major health hazards. Manual scavenging is still one of the most dangerous jobs, with 80% of sewage workers dying before they turn 50, surpassing even military fatalities. Sanitation issues are made worse by poor upkeep, expensive installation, and insufficient cleaning frequency, especially in rural regions.
These problems may be automatically resolved with our Smart Septic Tank Monitoring System. In order to prevent overflow, the system continually checks the amount of sludge and delivers real-time data using ultrasonic sensors. An automatic water pump removes waste when the sludge reaches a threshold level, removing the need for human intervention. This lessens environmental risks and waterborne illnesses in addition to preventing groundwater pollution.
Our method reduces maintenance expenses while guaranteeing worker safety by doing away with manual labor in dangerous settings. Traffic Management System
Mumbai, one of the busiest cities in India, faces severe traffic congestion due to its rapidly growing number of vehicles. Long commute times, fuel wastage, and delayed emergency vehicles have become everyday struggles for Mumbaikars. A major issue is the rigid, static road dividers that do not adapt to real-time traffic conditions, causing inefficiency in lane usage. To solve this problem, Team Traffic Dynamics has developed the Automated Lane Divider System (ALDS), a smart and flexible solution designed to optimize road space dynamically.
The ALDS works by automatically adjusting the number of lanes available in each direction based on traffic demand. The system utilizes an Evive board, keypad sensor, and servo motors to create a responsive traffic management system. Traffic police can manually input a password on the keypad sensor, allowing them to control the lane adjustments as needed. The Evive board processes this input and sends signals to the servo motors, which physically move the road dividers, increasing or decreasing lanes in real time.
This innovative system has multiple benefits. It reduces traffic congestion by making better use of existing road space, ensures faster access for emergency vehicles, and minimizes fuel consumption and pollution by reducing the time vehicles spend idling in traffic.
