Physical Therapy Monitoring and Support System

As part of Codeavour 6.0, we developed the “Physical Therapy Monitoring and Support System” project, a health technology solution designed to help individuals perform physical rehabilitation exercises correctly and effectively at home. This system enables users to safely carry out their therapy routines without needing constant supervision.

Using the machine learning module developed on the PictoBlox platform, our system monitors the user’s movements through a camera and compares them with pre-defined correct movement patterns. If a movement is performed incorrectly, the system provides instant feedback through visual or audio alerts and guides the user to correct the motion.

In this way, common mistakes made during unsupervised rehabilitation exercises can be prevented, and the healing process is better supported. Additionally, the system keeps track of whether the exercises are done regularly, allowing for progress monitoring. These records can be shared with a specialist to evaluate and adjust the therapy process more accurately.

Artificial Intelligence-Supported Traffic Light System

The “Smart Intersection” project, which we developed within the scope of the Codeavor 6.0 Qatar World Championship, is an artificial intelligence-based traffic management system that aims to optimize traffic flow and ensure safe passage in emergency situations. In our project, artificial intelligence cameras placed at the intersection at the four-way intersection analyze environmental data by working in integration with traffic lights.

The system, developed with machine learning models, can both visually identify emergency vehicles (ambulance, fire engine, police) and prioritize the lane where the emergency vehicle is located by detecting siren sounds. In this case, the system automatically turns the light in the relevant lane to green, ensuring fast and safe passage.

The system provides solutions not only for emergencies but also for daily traffic flow. The vehicle density at the intersection is analyzed through cameras, and the lane with the most vehicles is given a longer green light period. In this way, traffic congestion is minimized. In addition, the number of pedestrians waiting at pedestrian crossings is monitored by the system, and in case of congestion, pedestrians are given enough time to cross.

AI & XR Powered Compost Game

This project introduces a 3D AI-based educational game that teaches players how to separate organic waste correctly using the Bokashi composting method. Developed in Pictoblox XR, the game helps raise environmental awareness by combining fun gameplay with real-life composting knowledge. As players collect correct items and avoid incorrect waste, they learn to manage food waste in a more sustainable way.

**Project Description:**

With the increase in maritime transportation, ship propellers and engines cause significant physical harm and habitat degradation to marine life. Endangered species are especially vulnerable to these threats. Additionally, uncontrolled fishing and the inability to detect natural obstacles (such as rocks) result in irreversible damage to both ships and marine ecosystems. Currently, most marine vessels lack smart systems capable of detecting these creatures and natural structures and taking preventive actions.

This project aims to develop an **Arduino-based smart system** that can detect marine life and natural obstacles, and automatically stop the ship’s propeller when necessary. In doing so, it contributes to both environmental protection and maritime safety, supporting sustainable and responsible marine transportation.
