Track 1: INNOVATION AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP

Energize the Future

This track challenges students to turn meaningful problems into working solutions using Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, IoT and Physical Computing. Across six distinct innovation pillars, participants develop projects aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and present how their ideas can create measurable impact.

INNOVATE ACROSS 6 PILLARS

Energize the Future

Participants choose one of six focused pillars: Empower Health, Move Tomorrow, Feed the Future, Restore Earth, Unlock Potential or Explore Beyond. Each pillar gives students a clear problem space in which to investigate needs, build a functional solution and demonstrate how technology can improve lives or protect the planet.

Projects are closely evaluated on the relevance of the problem, originality of the idea, technical execution, usability and potential impact. Students may build using PictoBlox-compatible platforms such as Quarky, Arduino, ESP32, micro:bit and other physical computing hardware, turning an early concept into an innovation with real entrepreneurial value.

FAQ's for Track 1 - Innovation and Entrepreneurship

Track 1 (Innovation and Entrepreneurship) is designed as a transformative event where participants use cutting-edge technologies like PictoBlox to create and realise entrepreneurial visions.

The competition focuses on specific themes aligned with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs) to develop real-world solutions addressing actual problems through technology and innovation. This International Fest emphasises inspiring ideas and impactful creations, aiming to innovate sustainable solutions for health.

Track 1 focuses on developing sustainable solutions for modern society, encouraging innovation in areas such as clean energy, sustainable cities, climate action, responsible consumption, and environmental conservation.

The project should be based on any one of the following themes.

  1. Empower Health
  2. Move Tomorrow
  3. Feed the Future
  4. Restore Earth
  5. Unlock Potential
  6. Explore Beyond

The project should be programmed using PictoBlox only.

In the case of hardware-based projects, only the hardware that is compatible with PictoBlox is allowed i.e. Quarky, Evive, micro: bit, Arduino, ESP32, Boffin, T-Watch, TECbits LEGO, etc.

PictoBlox-based projects without hardware are also allowed to participate, compete, and win.

After registration, you can change your team member(s) in Track 1. Once the registration process is completed, you can change your team composition from the dashboard (edit profile button). After regionals, you can not change your team members.

After completing your registration and payment successfully, you can access the submission section from your dashboard and submit your projects.

Every team has to make the business PPT based on the template provided here <Link>

The ppt has to be a minimum of 6 slides and a maximum of 10 slides.

The slides should cover

  1. Problem Statement
  2. Ideation
  3. Solution
  4. Existing Competition
  5. USP
  6. Innovation photos and videos

The rules for evaluating the project will be disclosed soon.

You can choose from hardware that is compatible with PictoBlox, such as Quarky, Evive, Micro: Bit, Arduino, ESP32, Twatch, Boffin, Makey Makey, and Lego.

Yes, there will be AI, ML, AR-VR, Coding, and Robotics Training as well as doubt-solving sessions which will help you learn the fundamentals of AI, Coding, and Robotics, using PictoBlox, and making your project without any difficulty.

You can not change your project after regionals. However, you can still add minor updates and refinements to your project. This ensures continuity and fairness in the competition.

Participants can develop entrepreneurial skills, gain international recognition, earn certificates, access mentoring and resources, and potentially win fellowships and prizes worth up to $25,000.
