TRIFIT Challenge: Gamified Innovation for Holistic Wellness

Developed by Team Mayansh for the Codeavour 7.0 International competition, the TriFit Challenge is an innovative AI-enabled health platform designed specifically for children. The project addresses rising concerns regarding childhood obesity, sleep deprivation, and excessive screen time by transforming wellness into an interactive experience. Using PictoBlox block coding, the young creators (Maanvendra Mantri, Ayaansh Rajpoot) developed a gamified system that integrates dietary tracking, fitness activities, and sleep monitoring into a single interface. Unlike existing fitness apps that focus on single metrics, this tool uses rewards-based gameplay, such as Health Soccer, to make habit-building fun and engaging. By providing personalized AI feedback and BMI analysis, the application empowers young users to decode their health and establish wholesome lifestyle habits early in life.

PILL – BOT

We, Avyukt Saxena and Ivanka Singh, developed Pill – Bot inspired by our personal experiences living with our grandparents. We observed that elderly individuals often forget to take their medications on time or misplace them, which can lead to serious health risks. Our solution aims to make medication management simple, reliable, and automated.

PillBot is an Arduino-based smart medication dispenser designed to ensure timely and accurate pill intake. The system uses a servo motor controlled by an Arduino Uno to dispense pills at user-defined times. The pills are organized into separate compartments (Pill 1, Pill 2, Pill 3), and at the scheduled time, the servo rotates to release the correct pill through a guided slide into a cup for easy access.

In addition to hardware automation, we enhanced the system using the PictoBlox platform by integrating three intelligent features:

Healthy Finder: Analyzes food ingredients to determine whether a food item is healthy or not.
Diet Planner: Generates a personalized diet plan based on the user’s age and BMI.
Appointment Reminder: Allows users to input doctor appointments or blood test schedules. The system tracks real-time data and provides voice alerts when it’s time to go.

SeizureShield

SeizureShield – Smart Epilepsy Detection Armband

SeizureShield is a wearable armband designed for real-time seizure detection and emergency response. It uses an ESP32 microcontroller, along with the MPU6050 sensor (for motion, shaking, and fall detection) and MAX30102 sensor (for heart rate monitoring) to track both movement and physiological data accurately.

The device displays live graphs of this data and intelligently classifies seizures as mild, moderate, or critical, while also analyzing the impact of falls. It generates daily reports with key insights such as average heart rate, number of seizures, severity levels, and fall count.

Connected via Bluetooth to a mobile app, SeizureShield can send WhatsApp messages, calls, and SMS alerts to emergency contacts. A smart response system allows contacts to confirm help or forward alerts, ensuring timely assistance. The app also includes user profiles, emergency contact management, and a fitness mode to reduce false alarms.

Beyond the device, SeizureShield includes an awareness game and a complete website ecosystem with an AI chatbot, shop, dashboard, and newsletter.

SmartVision Traffic Control System

The Smart Vision Traffic Control System is designed to improve traffic management and monitor environmental pollution at road intersections.
In this system, IR sensors are used to detect the traffic density on each road. When a large number of vehicles are detected, the system automatically increases the green light duration for that lane. This helps in reducing traffic congestion and improves the overall efficiency of the traffic signal system.
The project also includes an MQ-7 gas sensor to monitor air quality, specifically detecting harmful gases such as carbon monoxide (CO) produced by vehicle emissions. The detected air quality level is displayed on an LCD display so that users can monitor pollution levels in real time.
If the air quality becomes dangerous or exceeds a predefined threshold, the system activates a buzzer alarm to alert people about the hazardous pollution level.
Overall, this system provides a smart and automated approach to traffic control while also monitoring environmental pollution, making it useful for modern smart city infrastructure.

Braille Bridge

Vision Aid++ captures printed text using a camera and converts it into speech and Braille, enabling visually impaired users to read independently.

The device combines OCR, Text-to-Speech, and Braille output in a single low-cost assistive system.

LIFE TRACK

WELLNESS 360 is a smart health app designed to help users make safe decisions about food and medicines. It allows users to detect expiry dates, analyze ingredients, and check safety. The app also includes prescription based alerts, AI-based suggestions, and smart reminders for medicine intake. It combines all these features into one easy-to-use platform. This helps prevent health risks and promotes better lifestyle choices. NIRBAYAS SPARK

Nirbhaya Spark is a compact and intelligent safety device designed to protect girl children using advanced yet simple hardware technology. The system is powered by an Arduino Uno, which acts as the central controller, managing all connected components. It integrates a GPS module for accurate real-time location tracking and a GSM module to instantly send emergency alerts to parents. A heartbeat sensor continuously monitors the child’s pulse to detect sudden fear or stress, while an IR sensor identifies nearby movement or suspicious activity.
In a real-life scenario, if a girl walking alone senses danger, her heartbeat increases rapidly. Nirbhaya Spark detects this abnormal change along with surrounding motion and immediately responds by activating a buzzer to attract attention. At the same time, it automatically sends an emergency message with her live location to her parents.

Smart Helmet

This Smart Helmet is an ESP32-based embedded safety system designed to monitor the rider’s condition and provide alerts in risky situations. It uses sensor inputs and GSM communication to detect unsafe behavior and notify through buzzer alerts and SMS messages.

HEALTH SHIELD

Health Shield – NeuroHeart is an AI-powered wearable healthcare system designed to monitor and protect individuals with heart and neurological conditions. The device continuously tracks ECG (heart activity) and EEG (brain signals) in real time, allowing early detection of critical events such as cardiac arrest, arrhythmia, seizures, and abnormal stress levels. When any irregular pattern is detected, the system instantly sends alerts to the user and caregivers through wireless communication, enabling rapid medical response. Unlike existing solutions, NeuroHeart combines heart and brain monitoring with intelligent prediction in a single, affordable platform, making it accessible for everyday use. The system is compact, portable, and designed for continuous wear, ensuring safety even when the user is alone. By integrating real-time monitoring, AI-based analysis, and emergency alerts, NeuroHeart aims to reduce medical risks, improve preventive healthcare, and ultimately save lives.
