Smart Purification System

The Smart Clean Water Monitoring System is a STEM-based project that uses intelligent decision logic to support safer water practices in communities with limited access to clean drinking water. The system collects real-time data using a turbidity sensor to measure water clarity and a UV light sensor to detect UV disinfection activity.
Using PictoBlox, the system analyzes sensor data and classifies water quality by comparing readings against calibrated thresholds. Based on this analysis, an Arduino-controlled relay automatically switches a water pump and provides voice-based feedback to the user. This rule-based intelligent system demonstrates how AI principles such as data analysis, decision-making, and automation can be applied to solve real-world problems.
Although the project is a prototype, it promotes awareness of water safety, innovation, and problem-solving aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goal 6: Clean Water and Sanitation.
