We have curated these guides to help you navigate every aspect of the International Showdown. Learn how to use your BCA Flazz card for on-site payments, understand the registration process, and plan your post-event travel with ease.

Your On-Site Wallet - BCA

Each team will receive one empty, Special Edition BCA Flazz Card (balance not included) that participants must top up with IDR cash at the BCA Bank booth near registration to activate. Once loaded, this card serves as your digital wallet for food and products at the event canteen and booths, where credit cards are often not accepted. If required, additional standard cards can be purchased at the same booth. Beyond the venue, your Flazz card remains functional for use at supermarkets, parking, and shops throughout Indonesia.

Your Daily Lunch Guide - FOOD COUPON

Each participant will receive two lunch coupons (one per day) to be exchanged for one meal and one drink at the canteen during your assigned time slot. Please keep these safe, as they cannot be replaced if lost. Simply present your coupon to any canteen vendor, enjoy your meal in the dining area, and return to your designated track once finished.

Track 1

Please find your assigned table for the Presentation Desk (as indicated on your registration ID tag). Prepare your presentation desk as best as possible. The judging panel will circulate and visit your desk.

Track 2

Please wait in the Waiting Area on the 2nd floor. Use this time to prepare well. When your name is called, please proceed to the Competition Arena on the 3rd floor.

Track 3

Please wait in the Waiting Area on the 1st floor. Use this time to prepare well. When your name is called, please proceed to the Competition Arena on the Mezzanine floor.

Day 0 – 15 May 2026

Early Bird Registration

Beat the queues! Visit the registration desk at Binus University between 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM WIB to collect your credentials. Registering early guarantees smooth access for the rest of the event, so you can hit the ground running on Day 1.

Day 1 – 16 May 2026

All participants are requested to assemble in the Main Hall for the official commencement of Codeavour 7.0 International.

Every participant receives two lunch coupons, one for each day. During your assigned time, visit the canteen to exchange your coupon for one meal and one drink. Please eat in the dining area and return to your track immediately once finished. Keep your coupons safe as they cannot be replaced.

All participants must be at their stations. Judges will begin their initial circuit for evaluation and interviews. 

Please tidy up your belongings and ensure your station is secure. See you tomorrow for Day 2!

Day 2 – 17 May 2026

Ensure your team is in place. Judges will continue evaluations and deep-dive technical reviews.

Every participant receives two lunch coupons, one for each day. During your assigned time, visit the canteen to exchange your coupon for one meal and one drink. Please eat in the dining area and return to your track immediately once finished. Keep your coupons safe as they cannot be replaced.

All participants must be at their assigned stations during this period. For Track 1, the judging panel will visit your desk for a project demonstration and interview. Track 2 and Track 3 participants will begin their official competition matches in the arena. Please ensure your project is fully operational and your team is ready to present when the judges arrive.

During this window, participants are invited to showcase their projects to visitors, parents, and fellow innovators. This is your opportunity to share your hard work, explain your technical solutions, and inspire the community. Please ensure at least one team member remains at your station to engage with guests and demonstrate your project in action.

The moment has arrived to honor the brilliance and hard work of our young innovators. All participants, mentors, and guests are invited to the Main Hall for the Codeavour 7.0 International Grand Awards Ceremony. We will celebrate the top achievements across all tracks and recognize the most impactful projects from around the world. Please join us to cheer for your peers and celebrate the successful conclusion of this international journey!
