- About: Code Academy Uganda is a nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding access to computer science knowledge and skills to school going children in Uganda. Formerly known as Coding Kids Uganda, the organization in the year 2020 rebranded itself to Code Academy Uganda to better fulfil its vision. The Academy was founded in the year 2018, October where it has spanned its activities across the country from empowering children and youth in computer science knowledge to the development of professional software application. VISION STATEMENT Empower innovative and creative minds through computer science. Mission Statement To inspire, train & mentor the young generation in computer science knowledge and skills.
